December 2011 is here!

We have just entered in the month of December 2011! Merry Christmas to all and happy other holidays too! Many changes have occurred in the past month or two. I am no longer able to help with the Dual Language program in Phoenix, but this has opened up time for me to consider new opportunities and for writing and illustrating. My daughter and I just finished helping to do simple illustrations for a child-friendly BEOWULF story, which was lots of fun! I hope to continue doing writing and illustration to share with children and families in the near future...and improving myself in this grand process.

Hello readers and friends!

I hope you have all had a wonderful summer and a great beginning to fall. Halloween is almost upon us and cooler weather is kicking in, even here in Arizona! I hope the bug to start writing kicks in now that I have more time. I am finishing up an opportunity to help a bit with a dual language program for children here in the valley of the sun. Children are wonderful muses and inspire more great stories that they, their families and others will enjoy. Here's to the inspiration of children! :oD
